When do I need to verify the identity of my gaming account?

We do not need your documents (KYC : "Know Your Customer") to play on our gaming site. However, documents are only requested on a case-by-case basis. Before sending your documents, you must fill in the data in your profile (address, etc.).

What documents are required for KYC?

In order to be verified, we may require the following documents:

• Valid government-issued ID. Valid documents include: passport, driver’s license, national ID card
• Document of proof of residence. Valid documents include: bank statement, credit card statement, utility bill (water, electricity, gas, internet, phone), pay statement or official salary document from employer, insurance statement, tax document, certificate of residence.

Why do gambling sites ask for identity documents?

As a regulated sports betting site, the sites are required to comply with anti-money laundering ("AML") laws and therefore to control and verify the financial flows within the gaming site. This obligation may also be required for our site although all funds are in crypto-currencies.
